Elvin and Karina have cleaned my condo on and off, but consistently, for the past three to four years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Over that time, they’ve earned my complete trust, not just as cleaners but as people I genuinely look forward to having in my home. Their work is thorough and detail-oriented in a way that’s rare. They handle the deep-cleaning jobs that most people dread, like ovens, baseboards, behind appliances, the spots you’d usually have to nag someone about, and they do it without being asked. Even with breaks between bookings, the quality has never slipped. If anything, they keep finding new things to make better. What really sets them apart is how personal their service feels. They remember my preferences down to the smallest details, like which products I like, how I arrange certain things, the little quirks of my space. They’re also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which has been a lifesaver more times than I can count. And they consistently go above and beyond in small, thoughtful ways I never expected. On top of all that, they’re genuinely warm, trustworthy people. Letting someone into your home regularly takes trust, and Elvin and Karina have earned mine many times over. They feel less like a service I hired and more like part of my extended community. Golden Cleaning services has been providing cleaning services for our home for a couple years now, Elvin and Karina have been consistently reliable, thorough, and professional. Every visit leaves our home spotless, fresh, and confortable — it’s clear that Elvin and team take real pride in their work. One of the things we value most is how safe their cleaning products are for our children and pets. With little ones and animals in the house, we have to be careful about what’s used on our floors and furniture. Working with Elvin is complete peace of mind. Before findind them, we struggled with another service that didn’t pay much attention to detail and used cleaning products with strongs, lingering smells. Our children are sensitive to harsh chemicals so we knew we needed to find a cleaning company that trully cared about both quality and safety — and we’re so glad we did! Their consistency and professionalism give us total peace of mind, and it’s such a relief to come home to a space that feels both clean and healthy. Elvin & crew have been our home cleaner for a few years now. We are a family of five with pets so it's a big job! We have been consistently impressed with their professionalism and thoroughness. In particular, they have been very adaptable as our needs have changed, and whenever they come they always do what needs to be done. Sometimes that's a backlog of laundry, sometimes it's a bunch of toys that need to be cleaned up. They're also lovely with my cats and always stop to give them a pet. Golden Cleaning has been cleaning my house for a few years now, and they do a great job. They are consistent and having a small personal team is great because they really get to know your home and make a point to listen and remember any request I make. Before I found them I hired some bigger more well known services, but there was frequent turnover, staff that didn't care much, and lack of an individualized experience. Elvin & team  ask questions if they are uncertain where something goes or what I want done and they really care about their work and making my home comfortable and clean. Elvin has been cleaning our home for almost three years. Our family is to grateful for the work he does keeping our household spotless. He's extremely detailed and efficient, taking great pride and care in his work. He's goes above and beyond at each visit, and is always willing to help with household tasks. The latter was especially helpful as I had many physical restrictions during three rounds of IVF and my subsequent complicated pregnancy without family around to help. Elvin always went the extra mile. The pricing is exceptional for the service he provides.  He checks in regularly and is an excellent communicator. We needed house cleaners for  apartment in San Mateo as  my son was moving out and I found ELVIN House Cleaning. The place was immaculate when we got there. The rug was shampooed, the tub looked brand new and glass sliding door in  bathroom so clean. All windows were sparkling, refrige and oven looked brand new and counters we so clean even grout was bright white. They cleaned the verticle blinds in the kitchen. I am so glad that Elvin finally has a Yelp page. If only he had this page filled with feedback from all his happy clients when I was searching for a new cleaner last year. I had been using the same cleaner for over 20 years when suddenly she was no longer able to work regularly anymore. I had been out of the loop so long and the research/interview process was so exhausting. After many empty promises and some broken dishes we tried Elvin. Search Over! They cleaned our house better than any cleaner we've used, practically "move in condition" level. He is excellent at responding in a timely manner, extremely kind, honest and respectful.
